Project Management / Client's Engineer

In addition to our providing engineering design and drawing management services, Orana Engineering has the resources, skillsets and experience to provide our client's with Project Management services and Client's Engineer services.  Orana Engineering has to date Project Managed projects upto a value of $26M and been the Client's Engineer for projects upto $250M. 

Orana Engineering has at the request of our clients performed the role of either Project Manager or Client's Engineer for a number of projects.  An advantage of being a smaller organistation is that we can for larger projects (i.e. >$1M) on behalf of the client act in the role of project manager and/or client's engineer without conflict of interest as Orana Engineering do not pursue larger engineering projects.

In the role of Project Manager, Orana Engineering has the experience and resources to:

• Co-ordinate various work groups and organisations
• Schedule and co-ordinate regular meetings
• Manage project variations
• Promote and enforce client HSEC requirements
• Prepare and Track Project Schedules
• Communicate project matters to all relevant parties
• Schedule permits and outages
• Prepare Project reports 
• Track budgets, budget forecasting and cost control
